How To Join
So you’ve looked over our story line and you’d like to join.
-Just remember, this is not a group for minors. Due to our mature SLs (possibly including sex, alcohol, drug use, weapon use, and intense situations) we ask that all our members are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, please avoid applying. Should we find out a member is underage, we will ask you to leave.
-First, you should either message our main Twitter account expressing your interest, or contact us by any other means. An admin will promptly answer your inquiry.
-We are accepting the roles we list as well as other Marvel characters and OCs at all times. If you know which character you’d like to roleplay as, or if you would like to add a new character we do not have listed, let us know when you message us! We are willing to work with you to make any additional characters work in our current story.
-Once the character applied for has been decided, a small audition or example of your writing will be required to join. We will ask for a small, written solo (either one you've written for another account, or something you write in the character you're applying for). We're just looking to see how you write, but as long as you show us you can write with proper grammar, proper spelling, and proper structure, and that you are interested in our story, you should be just fine!

What To Do Once You've Been Accepted
Congratulations! You’ve been accepted into the BMRP family!
Here’s what you should do to get yourself set up and ready to go.
-Once you’re accepted, we will announce your character as reserved, and you have 48 hours to set up your twitter account. If you will need more time, simply DM an admin and let them know, and we can extend it for you after your notice. If you're having any difficulty, please let an admin know ASAP.
-Please make sure to include the family hashtag #BMRP somewhere in your bio, and/or use the site link (http://bloodiedmarvelrp.weebly.com/) as the link in your bio. Or both!
-We suggest setting up an out of character account to chat with other members or friends on the timeline when not writing in your storyline, that way your account doesn't get flooded with OOC tweets. This is not mandatory however.
-Do not forget to DM an admin and tell them when your account is set up. We need to add your account to the family list.
-Also, make sure you go to the main twitter page and follow all of the other BMRP family members.
-To keep it fair, we ask that you have a max of TWO roles with Bloodied Marvel. This ensures that there will be a selection of open roles for potential new members.
See our next paragraph in regards to proper family conduct!

Family Conduct
Here’s how you should conduct yourself within the BMRP family.
First off, we can’t tell you how to run your account, but simply provide guidelines. You’re welcome to talk to whomever, however you’d like, but here’s a few tips to improve your RP.
-We suggest having two accounts for Bloodied Marvel. One can be your main SL account, where all your solos and SL posts occur, and the other can be your OOC account where you talk to others outside of your SL, or even the family.
-If you’d prefer working with only one account, label your solos/SLs with a hashtag or title, so people know when you’re getting serious on your account. We also suggest that if you maintain only one account that you stay within the era for OOC tweets and maintain an air of your 20s persona, or simply use breaks when tweeting OOC.
-If all else fails, just stick to talking within our family so it’s easy for others to go through your account and read your work and keep up with the main BMRP storyline.
-Lastly, we will NOT tolerate bullying. If you encounter any bullying of any kind (harassment, sexual harassment, mean words, taunting, being pressured into doing something you’d rather not do, etc.) outside of your agreed upon SL, PLEASE DM and admin right away with proof. We will work with you to make sure your issue is resolved, and need be, the offender removed from the family. Even if you don’t think it’s too bad, if you’re uncomfortable in any way, bring it up to an admin and we can talk.

Storyline And Account Guidelines
We will have account check-ins once a month, on the 1st. This will just be a simple DM from one of the admins. All you have to do is reply that you're still there and still active! If you are active within the guidelines below, you will just get a message saying hi. If you are deemed inactive, you will receive a small inquiry.
Here's the guidelines for activity checks.
-We will check to see if there has been any activity on your account within the last three weeks, and notify you if there is not. OOC tweets do NOT count as activity! If your SL inactivity exceeds three weeks, we will send you a message to see what's up.
-Inactivity DOES NOT equal getting removed from the family for first time offenders. Inactivity results in a DM from the admins asking about your status. You will have until the next monthly check-in to write on your account, and a failure to do so will result in your role being opened and you being removed from the group.
-Of course you can SL/solo more if you want, but we’re asking you put out a solo, or work on your SL with your partner(s) at least once in a three week period. We will be checking each month, so please speak to an admin if you are planning on being absent for three weeks or more, or if you have any writing issues.
-There are also obvious ways to be kicked, like rude behavior towards others or admins, acting out, etc. Just use your common sense.
Please consider: If you are planning an SL that involves a MAJOR life event (Marriage, pregnancy, death, major injury, kidnap), please take it up with the admins, this way we can approve or deny it. We don't want random SL decisions altering other's SLs without their knowledge. Please be considerate.
If you have anymore questions, please DM an admin.
